Tuna and Sweetcorn Tortilla Wraps




Ingredients:

200g (7oz) can of tuna in brine, drained
200g (7oz) can of sweetcorn
1 red pepper, diced
1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
4 small tortilla wraps
2 spring onions, chopped

Method:
  • In a bowl, mix together tuna, sweetcorn, spring onion, red pepper and mayonnaise
  • Spread mixture in centre of each tortilla wrap
  • Roll tightly
  • Serve with a side salad
Serves four.

Warning: As with all cooking activities, adult supervision is necessary.
